EcoLube

Phoenix Industrial was selected by a new client, EcoLube Recovery, to build all four scope packages for a cutting-edge re-refinery process plant in Portland, OR. The previous facility owner faced many environmental compliance issues, and Phoenix was quick to facilitate permitting and installed a new RTO (regenerative thermal oxidizer) in only 28 days. We went on to build a whole new process line that converts used oil into a Type II base oil additive. In additional to all concrete, steel, mechanical and electrical work for ClearLube, our electricians designed and installed a refinery-wide electrical systems upgrade. All work disciplines from Phoenix contributed to this complex installation in a tight environment where the existing refinery operated on a 24/7 schedule. The projected typically averaged a crew of 30 professionals working an accelerated schedule from beginning to completion.
