At Phoenix Industrial, our number one value is the safety of our personnel. We embrace a zero incident culture throughout our organization, and strive to include all stakeholders in our program. We believe a strong safety culture seeks participation and input of all personnel including the owner, project management, subcontractors and all craft personnel. Our objective is simple. Phoenix personnel will leave the project each day the way they arrived - healthy and safe from harm. We utilize a variety of training programs to bolster our personnel’s knowledge of current safety practices. Our trained and certified staff conducts in-house and web based training sessions for the following industry standards:

The training conducted by our staff includes new hire site orientations and annual refresher courses for all craft and supervisory personnel. The results of these efforts have led to an award winning risk management program with annual reductions in our incident rate and EMR, while increasing our production levels.
I pledge
One unique safety protocol Phoenix developed is the ‘I Pledge Program’. We conduct a full life cycle review of our safety culture, injury prevention, return to work and workers compensation program. Following that, each worker signs a commitment to conduct safe practices in the field so they can go home safely each night. Phoenix mails the commitment letter home to the worker’s family. Safety in the field not only affects each worker, but their family and friends as well. Safety is a core value ingrained into our culture that keeps workers free from harm, improves efficiency, and saves clients’ money.
