Joe brings 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction business having managed numerous projects in the paper, power, manufacturing, mining, and metals industries. As president, he leads Phoenix Industrial on the principles of quality, integrity, and professionalism.
Clients note his genuine desire to collaborate with them and become partners throughout the project’s lifetime, building relationships for years to come. Joe has the primary responsibility of operational planning and oversight, as well as development and implementation of overall corporate strategies for all aspects of the company.

Vice President of Operations
Jake is an empowering & dedicated leader with 30+ years of industrial energy & construction experience. He excels at bringing teams together through innovative people & project development to elevate business results & community impact.
His duties include oversight of all projects that Phoenix Industrial is contracted to perform. He visits the project sites to review safety, schedule, cost and productivity.
Ken Smith
Vice President of Electrical Services
Ken Smith is the Vice President of the Electrical Services Group with Phoenix Industrial, Inc. Ken’s duties include oversight of all electrical projects that Phoenix Industrial is contracted to perform. He visits the project sites weekly to review safety, schedule, cost and productivity issues.
Ken has over 25 years of experience in the electrical construction sector and has successfully managed a variety of electrical projects for clients in the manufacturing, power generation, minerals, metals and food processing industries.
Fred Clingman
Estimating Manager
Fred has broad estimating and construction management experience within the industrial construction sector spanning over 3 decades. His considerable experience in mining operations, material conveying, processing, refining and logistics provides a definitive advantage when preparing estimates.
As the estimating manager, Fred oversees the entire estimating and proposal team at Phoenix while coordinating all project estimates from beginning to completion along with final hand-off to Operations for construction.

Josh Lubig has been actively engaged in the mining and construction industry for over 17 years with strong involvement in business development and strategic account management. With a focus on maintaining existing relationships and developing new, long-term partnerships, Josh aims to successfully target business development activities across all industrial sectors.
